GENERAL

- I have the right to refuse any commission request.
- Commissions usually come in Limited Slots.
- All payments are taken up front before any work is started on your commission!
- If you want your commission a specific way please make sure to tell me in as much detail as possible! I will do my best to work with you.
- I will draw ferals, anthros, fan characters, monsters, robotic prosthesis, original species, etc.
- I will not draw, at this current time, Humans, Humanoids, NSFW, and anything that is on my Blacklist.
- A visual of the character(s) must be provided, I do not work off of description unless it is a custom.
- Please be respectful. I will treat you with respect and would like to be treated with the same.
- I do not work on unrealistic deadlines. Please dont expect a commission to be done the same day. My absolute max deadline is 3 months and I usually do not take that long.
- Upon ordering a commission, please be ready to pay when a request has been asked upon. I will only wait 24 hours before letting go of your slot/request. You may only request 1 change after paying, if i have not started your commission yet.

DESIGN POLICY

- By owning a design by me, you’re purchasing my labor, art, and only a partial right to a design. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales and self-promotion. But, this does not mean I can resell characters or that I OWN the character. it just means that I can post/show the art of those designs as example work and so on. The character is still yours in all of its entirety, but deigns are of my own original creation, so I can use the design to show people my artistic capability, or to promote design commissions, etc.
- I have the right to refuse a sale to anyone, and for my own reasons.
- I reserve the right to reject any custom design commission for any reason.
- I reserve the right to modify and keep or resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.
- The complete payment transaction must be completed before you own a character. If you charge-back or fail to pay the character will be taken back with no exceptions.
- If I make many attempts to contact you for the remainder of a transaction and you never get back to me, the transaction will be canceled, you will be refunded, and I will take my character back.
- ALWAYS credit me as the original creator of the design! This includes offsite as well, make sure to link back to my deviantart account or whichever account I am working under at the time.
- It is not allowed to take my designs and place them onto a closed species or turn the design into a closed species, even with permission I've found it makes me uncomfortable.

REFUND POLICY

- I will not give a refund if you are unsatisfied with the finished product. If you are unhappy with the piece, I am willing to discuss and make edits to the work. I will not re-do the drawing entirely.
- I hold the right to make refunds if I am unable / no longer willing to complete your commission.
- Refunds will not be provided until you have been waiting to receive your art/product for a longer time duration than 2 months!
- If I have started on your work and it's in progress then a refund will not be provided whatsoever.
- If you desire a refund, it may take me some time to get back to you but I usually do not use what i have earned before I've finished a commission.

ART USAGE

- Commissioned images are copyrighted and solely owned by me. You cannot claim it as your own, re-post without permission, etc. Original characters are copyright of their creators/owners. (Re-posting images on Toyhouse/Character sites WITH proper credit is allowed)
- The client may not redistribute, reproduce, resell or profit from the artwork. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only.
- Never claim any of my artwork as your own.
